We are continuing to develop the AREScycle line of materials. We have several grades of material that we are setting the standards and specifications for manufacture with at least two or three paper mills. With these mills, we will certify and ensure the content and manufacturing procedures.

We are starting off with the calipers of board that we feel will cover most of our clients’ needs. They are broken up into a few groups and families:

---Our kraft, chip, and tbc lines have always been and will continue to be 100% recycled and recyclable.

---We have always made our own E-flute material, the single face is 100% recycled and recyclable. We can make it in natural kraft brown, white, black, or vat dyed to any color. When we use a recycled and recyclable top liner, our E-flute is then 100% recycled and recyclable. If we do not, then it is a minimum of at least 66% recycled and recyclable.

---We have a premium white/kraft line (CCKB) that the top surface is white pulp and/or DLK, the filler is post consumer fibers, and the bottom ply is recycled white pulp and/or DLK.  The brightness is 80 & it is five ply clay coated kraft back. 100% recycled fibers, 95% post consumer, recyclable and biodegradable. This is also available in a Clay Coated News Back (CCNB) and a Clay Coated White Back (CCWB)

---We have suppliers who manufacture film lamination from corn which is 100% recyclable and can be incorporated into a package if desired.

We are using and have always used a variety of grades of recycled paper and paperboard. Clients can choose from a vast selection of materials from our suppliers that subscribe to Sustainable Manufacturing Practices. Materials choices can range from/include FSC Certified to Wind power Manufactured and alternatives to pulp and fiber.  Everything we manufacture is recyclable, and most projects are made up of recycled materials ranging from 30% to 100% post consumer fibers.
